Ms. Alexander has over 15 years of executive hospital administration, business and consulting experience in critical care, trauma, emergency care, orthopedics, case management, revenue cycle, physician integration, operational effectiveness/efficiency, strategic initiatives, clinical pathways and quality/risk/compliance management. Linda is also a Lean Certified professional, particularly in hospital process redesign and operational efficiency integration. She has also founded and run her own hospital consulting company.
