Julie has been in acute care and hospital consulting for almost 20 years. She has specialized experience using best practices, evidenced-based tools and LEAN management to achieve clinical outcome improvements, service excellence, enhanced resource management, better safety measures and reduced stays in ICUs, EDs, ORs and acute beds.

Julie has been a Chief Nursing Officer in major hospitals around the country, responsible for large staffs, budget management, risk controls and program development.
